Ex England striker Mason Greenwood saw his company’s bank balance almost halve in the fallout after being charged with rape.
The on loan Manchester United star, 22, who was the subject of a police inquiry, which was dropped earlier this year, saw his reserves nosedive from £963,678 to £530,888, accounts for his business show.
TSM Sports Limited had more than £1 million in cash in the bank last year but as of September this year that was down to £566,744.
His fortune was further reduced after taking into account £55,050 owed to creditors.
TSM Sports Limited does not specify where the money is earned other than saying the company function is : ‘Other service activities not elsewhere classified’.
Greenwood is understood to have kept his £75,000 a week salary from Manchester United while he awaited the outcome of the police and then club investigation.

He was accused of attempting to rape the complainant in October 2021 – a charge he denied – and of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in December that year.
In February this year the CPS dropped rape, assault and coercive control charges against Greenwood and Manchester United began their own probe which ended in August this year, when they decided not to terminate his contract.
But instead of resuming his career at Old Trafford, he moved on loan to Getafe in the the Spanish La Liga, where he has scored four goals in all competitions and the club lie in ninth place in the league.
In a statement at the time the CPS dropped all charges, Greenwood said: ‘I am relieved that this matter is now over and I would like to thank my family, loved ones and friends for their support. There will be no further comment at this time.’

The CPS said the chances of Greenwood being found guilty reduced after key witnesses decided not to give evidence.
A CPS spokesperson said at the time: ‘We have a duty to keep cases under continuous review. In this case, a combination of the withdrawal of key witnesses and new material that came to light meant there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction. In these circumstances, we are under a duty to stop the case.
‘We have explained our decision to all parties. We would always encourage any potential victims to come forward and report to police and we will prosecute wherever our legal test is met.’
