England secured their spot in next year’s European Championship with two games to spare, and celebrated their feat in equally impressive style on Tuesday night.
Marcus Rashford and Harry Kane completed the turnaround as England came from 1-0 down to beat Italy 3-1 at Wembley and exorcise some of the ghosts from their defeat in 2021.
The three points solidified Gareth Southgate’s side’s place in the competition proper in Germany next summer, where they will turn up as one of the favourites to go all the way.
Having completed what they surely will have set out to achieve at the start of the international break, a number of the Three Lions stars understandably let their hair down after the game.
According to The Sun, several big names – including Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, Tottenham’s James Maddison and Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold – toasted their victory at a high-end London nightclub and ran up a bill believed to be £35,000.

Luke Shaw and Jack Grealish were also thought to be among the group, who were joined by a number of celebrity guests at Mayfair’s Tape, while Harry Kane was meanwhile reportedly nowhere to be seen.
Boxer Chris Eubank Jnr reportedly joined the group at the venue, where there is a minimum spend of £2000 for a table.
Some of the pricier items on the drinks menu include a bottle of Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades champagne (£650), a magnum of Dom Perignon Vintage Luminous (£1,050) and a jeroboam of Belvedere vodka (£1,300).
The players and those joining them are thought to have drank cocktails and spirits throughout the night.
However, a source was adamant that events did not get out of hand, with the players focused on their club duties later this weekend, intent rather to let their hair down in a more mellow fashion.
‘It was a fun night and the players deservedly let their hair down,’ a source revealed. ‘There was quite rightly an air of celebration.
‘It was terrific to see the Three Lions squad bonding together.
‘The lads had a ball, but didn’t lose the plot due to important club fixtures looming this weekend.’
Jude Bellingham was among those to also attend the Chiltern Firehouse, where the party were spotted alongside Emily Atack
Tottenham star James Maddison and Trent Alexander-Arnold also joined up with the group
Maddison and Grealish are thought to have toasted the former’s Tottenham team-mate and Italian full back Destiny Udogie, before chanting the youngster’s name.
According to The Sun, the group were escorted to the Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge, where rooms can cost around £11,500.
Celebrity hairdresser Ahmed Alsanawi arrived at the hotel the next day according to reports, after the party had sleepily filed into lifts as other guests came down for their breakfast.
Maddison, Bellingham and Alexander-Arnold were also spotted in the company of actress Emily Atack at popular celebrity haunt Chiltern Firehouse on the same night.
