Tottenham will reportedly have the opportunity to sign Adama Traore from Wolves for £20million in the January transfer window, but they will face stiff competition from West Ham.
Wolves have slashed their asking price for the Spain international down to £20m as they are eager to raise funds to make their own purchases this month.
However, the acquisition of Traore’s signature will not be straightforward for Spurs given the growing interest in the winger.

According to The Telegraph, Antonio Conte’s side were due to face stiff competition from the likes of West Ham in their pursuit of the 25-year-old powerhouse.
However, the latest reports suggest that David Moyes has denied West Ham’s interest in the winger as he remains coy about their transfer targets.
Nevertheless, Wolves – who are looking to raise enough money for a centre-back, winger and striker – will welcome a bidding war for Traore’s services.
Should the Spain international leave Wolves this month, Bruno Lage will be disappointed after trying to tie him down to a new contract.

The club offered Traore a £120,000-a-week deal to remain at the club. That would have made him their highest-paid star.
However, negotiations reportedly stalled over a disagreement regarding the release clause in the new contract. Therefore, Wolves could be set to sell their star this month.
Spurs have previously made a move for Traore – who started life in Barcelona’s storied La Masia academy.
The North London club had two separate offers rejected by Wolves – including one worth £40m.
Therefore, they will be eager to finally land Traore, who featured in LaLiga for the Barcelona first-team before being bought up by Aston Villa, then Middlesbrough then newly-promoted Wolves in 2018.
