Lionel Messi has called a Spanish twitch streamer a ‘son of a b***h’ after he revealed private text messages between the pair to the public.
The Argentinian legend made history last night as he won a record-breaking eighth Ballon d’Or in Paris.
The current Inter Miami player led his country to World Cup glory for the first time in his career last season.
He narrowly beat Man City striker Erling Haaland to the coveted award after the Norwegian scored 52 goals in a treble-winning season.
But when Messi was invited on to Ibai Llanos’ Twitch stream, the former Barcelona player revealed he was not happy with the Spaniard.

He said: ‘Ibai, I’m mad at you. I didn’t like that you showed our messages to the public. You have no privacy.’
Ibai then replied: ‘But Leo, I blurred it out. It didn’t show,’ to which the Argentinian said: ‘So what? You didn’t show it but you said exactly what it said. I don’t like it. Next time I won’t answer. I’m leaving you on read.’
Ibai then asked how does it feel to win his eighth Ballon d’Or trophy, but Messi ruthlessly snapped back: ‘The Ballon d’Or? Now you are changing the topic you son of a b***h.’
Ibai is one of the most famous Spanish streamers across the world and currently boasts 15.3million subscribers on Twitch.
While he is well-known throughout the streaming community, he has some famous friends as well including Messi.
Another streaming sensation was in attendance at the Ballon d’Or ceremony as IShowSpeed looked ecstatic as he met Erling Haaland.
The internet star was one of the first celebrities to arrive on the red carpet just after 6pm GMT, posing with Darren Jason Watkins Jr. with his enthusiasm to be at the event clear to see.

Messi was presented the award by fellow MLS trailblazer David Beckham. Messi, 36, moved to Inter Miami over the summer just months after leading Argentina to victory in the World Cup.
But it was Beckham – now an Inter Miami co-owner – who first opened the floodgates into America, as he joined the LA Galaxy from Real Madrid in 2007.
The former Manchester United and England star gushed over Messi, who led Miami to a Leagues Cup title shortly after joining the club.
‘It’s very special to say he’s a Miami player and he’s in our city. He’ll celebrate this with his team-mates and his family in his way.
‘We’ll do our best to celebrate it in the Miami way. I’m sure we can do a good party.’
Messi was joined at the ceremony by his wife, Antonella Roccuzzo, and their three sons, Mateo, Thiago and Ciro.
