‘I went to Conor McGregor’s UK beer launch full of bikini-clad women’
Conor McGregor doesn't do low key, so knew we were hardly going to be in for a quiet night.
That is especially when we were gearing up for a night of drinking his Forged Irish Stout at their UK launch party.
The Notorious has proven himself to be just as savvy in the world of business as he is in the Octagon in recent years – and the beer is just the latest in a long-range of money-spinning products.

They've taken over Ireland and now they have announced themselves to the UK with a typically boisterous night.
Bikini-clad girls paraded round, handing out T-shirts, souvenir bags and other treats, much to the delight of the guest list, which was full of YouTubers, Love Island stars, business partners and journalists.
Irish folk music blared over the speaker systems as dancers entertained the crowds, who were all hoping to get a glimpse of McGregor himself.
But as the clock ticked, we began to wonder if the Notorious himself was going to show up. He was initially due at 7pm, then it became 7:30pm. By 8:30pm, there was still no sign.
Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn rocked up and took a huge gulp from his first pint, as he joined the wealth of influencers on his table.
As security staff – some plain clothed anonymous – scowled the room, suddenly he appeared.
It was something of a low key entrance for a man who prides himself on being the loudest man on the planet.
In a slick pink suit, he strolled through the door with a pint in hand, followed firstly by five of the scantily-clad women, then by an entourage of approximately 30 people, instantly filling up the last remaining space in the room.
He raised his pint in the air and got a cheer from the visitors, before greeting the VIPs.
The time for talking is almost over as KSI and Tommy Fury will bury their rivarly once and for all as they face off in Manchester on Saturday, October 14th. Logan Paul will also be fighting at the event in front of what is expected to be a sell-out crowd.

It wouldn't be a launch party for a beer without a pint being pulled and McGregor headed behind the bar to dish out the beers – as well as bottles of his Proper 12 whiskey – to the baying crowd.
Still surrounded by girls, McGregor's cheeky smile told a thousand words. He was commanding the room and the punters loved every second.
Everyone piled in for selfies while the ex-UFC champ was ushered around the room for photos, which were quickly shared across social media, before he was soon on his way and on a private jet back to his home in Ireland.
As for the beer? It's nice. They won't appreciate being compared to Guinness, but they are certainly not far off and there is no doubt a challenger to the Black Stuff will be a hit on these shores.
