Dana White blocks ‘goofball’ Jake Paul fighting two UFC stars after Woodley KO

Dana White has blocked a potential fight between Jake Paul and either one of UFC stars Jorge Masvidal or Nate Diaz.

Paul, who boasts a professional boxing record of 5-0, recently secured his second win over former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley with a devastating knockout.

The controversial YouTuber-turned-boxer has continuously called out UFC stars like Conor McGregor and even White, responding to Masvidal’s call for a fight in the octagon by saying he did not need to as he made more money than every “mother****er in the UFC.”

And despite Paul’s best attempts to get White to grant Diaz and Masvidal permission to fight outside of the octagon, the UFC president has ruled out the possibility.

Speaking to boxing trainer Teddy Atlas, White said: “You notice how he wants to fight f***ing everybody that’s not in his weight class, guys that are older and all this bulls***.

"Go fight a boxer. Go hump somebody else’s leg, you goofball.”

Three of Paul’s opponents in the ring so far have been former UFC fighters, including Woodley and Ben Askren.

Out of his other opponents, one was a retired NBA player and the other a fellow YouTuber.

The Problem Child was initially set to fight a ‘real’ boxer in Tommy Fury in December before the 22-year-old pulled out with a broken rib and illness.

The younger brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is hopeful of rescheduling the fight, though Paul’s trainer BJ Flores recently told The Sun that may not be possible.

He said: “I really don’t have any comment on Tommy except he missed out on a massive opportunity, whether he was sick, had bad luck or whatever it was.

“It’s a massive opportunity and probably one he'll never get again, that would have been for sure the biggest payday of his career.”

“We’ve got other names on the resume to be honest with you. Other big names on the radar, bigger names than Tommy so I’m not sure [if the fight will ever happen]."
